SLAPsupport

For some, simply using the SLAPcenter will be enough. Others need a slightly more forceful SLAP! For those who want more support, we have various levels of extra accountability so that every small business who has a SLAP has the best chance of creating the structure they need around them to succeed.

SLAPhourly

You can pay a SLAP Expert an hourly rate of $100 and book any number of hours you need, as you need them, to get support.

SLAPgroup

A SLAP Group gives you an extra level of accountability as you execute your SLAP with the SLAP Center.  In addition to everything in the SLAP Center, you get the following:

• A monthly one on one meeting with your SLAP Expert to review your SLAP, get ideas from them and support to help you fully utilize all that is available to you on the SLAP Center.
• A monthly Group call with yourself and the other members of your SLAP Group.  Facilitated by your SLAP Expert, you all report on your progress to date and help each other with ideas, best practices and referrals.
• A Quarterly Connect where you do a deep dive into your progress for that quarter.  A re-assessment of your SLAP and a full on strategy session to make sure you are ready for the next quarter.
• Full access to call your SLAP Expert anytime, with any questions.

SLAPprofessional

When you are at the SLAP Professional level you have someone who is thinking, breathing sleeping your SLAP. Your SLAP Expert does the following:

• Builds your actual SLAP with input from you.
• Manages the execution of your Action Items and works with you to ensure that all Action Items are being completed.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and quarterly SLAPs (reports) to review with you and strategize with you based on what the results to date are.
